Now that the Definitive Edition of Terraria has arrived in Europe, it’s time for North America.
Terra: The Legendary Edition was previously available for PlayStation 4 and Xbox Scorpio.
Here’s a look at the new version, along with a full list of changes and additions: Terrain changes Territory tiles have been updated to include more features.
The player can now switch between different terrains at will, which is a big deal.
You can now create new terrains by clicking on an existing one, as well as use terrain from previous editions.
Added new terrain features for all terrains including: A wide variety of water features including sand, gravel, and mud.
An underwater jungle with many different types of plants.
A variety of new creatures including flying, fish, spiders, and more.
Two new monster types have been added: Tropical and Snowy creatures.
Some of the game’s new features are also present in the Definitive edition: Multiplayer mode, a tutorial mode, and a new player progression system.
Tournament mode has been added, with a new tournament system for players to play in and compete against.
New music for each terrains and terrain has also been added.
Customisation options for the game have also been updated, including new options for furniture and armor, as you’d expect.
Updated icon pack has been included, which brings the game up to date with the latest changes.
